Effective 30 August 2026. Down To Luck does not require an account. This notice explains the limited data used when you visit the site or generate numbers.
What we collect
When you select Generate, we store a random request ID, the chosen country and lottery, the numbers available at that time, the relevant draw and how many games you asked to see. We do not record whether you bought a ticket.
Your theme preference and copies of recently loaded lottery information may be saved in your browser. You can remove them through your browser settings.
We use a short-lived anonymous marker to limit automated misuse. Our hosting providers may also process standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, response status and time.
How we use it
We use anonymous Generate records to show your numbers and calculate Down To Luck results after official draws. Connection information is used to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use specialist providers to host the website and its data, including Vercel, Fly.io and Neon. These providers may process technical data outside your country under their privacy and security terms.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
Where required, we ask for consent before loading personalised advertising, non-essential analytics or similar technologies. You can change your choice through the consent controls when they are available.
Retention and security
Anonymous Generate records are kept while they are needed to calculate and check published totals. Security and source records are kept only while they are reasonably needed for reliability, security or legal obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data where applicable. You may also complain about how a request was handled. Legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations may limit deletion of some information.
Children
Down To Luck is not directed to children. Lottery age restrictions vary by location, and users must meet the official operator's age and location requirements.
